$150 per 60-minute session

Insurance
Although I do not bill insurance directly, I am a preferred provider for many health care organizations. 
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan upon your submittal. Please check with your insurance carrier for verification of benefits.

Reduced Fee
This courtesy is provided on a case by case basis.  Please feel free to discuss the option with me.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
