As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have dedicated my career to improving and enriching the lives of children, adolescents, adults and families in the Metro Detroit area since 1996.  Utilizing my traditional Psychodynamic training with the powerful and progressive techniques of Choice Theory, Positive Psychology and Life Coaching, I effectively facilitate highly individualized and empowering treatment approaches specific to the needs and goals of my clients.

The foundational belief that drives my clinical practice, is that the strength to make healthy and effective choices inherently exists in us all.  However, inconvenient and unpredictable life challenges can enter our lives when we are least cognitively and emotionally prepared.  It is this heightened awareness combined with my core beliefs, that enables me to provide clients with the utmost sensitivity, respect, and commitment to the therapeutic relationship.
